About Dr. Ashery
Dr. Ashery is currently working as an educator and coach for new managers She is a proven, results-oriented leader and manager with more than 25 years of progressive experience as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Public Health Service. She has demonstrated success in the execution of programs that are national in scope, working with teams and task forces and motivating individuals to achieve exceptional results. She is dedicated to making a difference and impacting individual workers and organizations.
As a trainer and coach, Dr. Ashery brings a collaborative and supportive approach to her work. She works closely with her clients to understand their unique needs and challenges and she develops tailored programs that enable them to achieve their goals. With her experience and expertise, she is able to provide guidance on a wide range of topics, including leadership and management, program execution, team building, motivation, decision making, and others.
Dr. Ashery has a PhD in social work and has a Senior Executive Service (SES) Certificate in the federal government.
Among her other qualifications she has a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a MA in Education and Human Resources. She holds a coaching certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from Rutgers University and a coaching certificate in Strategic Intervention Coaching from the Tony Robbins-Cloe Madanes Training Center. She is a licensed social worker and an ACC certified member of the International Coach Federation.
Dr. Ashery’s experience and education provide her with a unique perspective on the needs and challenges of organizations and staff.
